At least Texas is moving (slowly) in the right direction ending their prohibition of weed. Should be about 5 years from now if they import enough Californians.

I think Texas will settle eventually on the smart option- down the middle. Not legal but just like a small fine. I believe the full ramifications to society on full legalization hasn't been shown yet. Totally agree that pot being classified schedule 1 has been stupid for decades. But, after weed, what gets legalized next? That drive never stops. Probably smart to think slow and go.
