At least Texas is moving (slowly) in the right direction ending their prohibition of weed. Should be about 5 years from now if they import enough Californians.

I think Texas will settle eventually on the smart option- down the middle. Not legal but just like a small fine. I believe the full ramifications to society on full legalization hasn't been shown yet. Totally agree that pot being classified schedule 1 has been stupid for decades. But, after weed, what gets legalized next? That drive never stops. Probably smart to think slow and go.

i think the typical path they take is to start with legal weed. then meth. then fentynal, and then heroin.

It's always good to have your crane operators with a legal amount of psychedelics in their system.

Roofers legally require at least 2 beers before touching the ladder. Fact.

Americans now spend MORE on legal weed than on chocolate: Sales of marijuana from dispensaries topped $30billion in the last year compared to $18billion on the sweet stuff

The amount spent by Americans on marijuana products annually has also surpassed sums spent on painkillers and craft beer
Tapped at $30billion by cannabis website MJBizDaily, the monetary measure of legal marijuana sales increased by more than $12million from the year before
It comes as dispensaries continue to surface across the county, benefiting an industry which has seen its market evaluation swell in the past year

I like my Kush. But I don't smoke so to try a different strain really is pointless.

Used to know a plumber that always had a bottle of scotch with milk in it.... don't ask why, I don't get it either. He would go under your house for a 30-minute job...4-5 hours later he would emerge from hibernation.
