well, the house looks to be in pristine shape. And I love the trees.
I don't, yesterday a dead branch fell and fucked up my camaro fender, I need to buy a chainsaw
I am going to give you some very good advice, so listen carefully. when it comes to chainsaws, it is much better to make friends with a guy that has one and loves to use it. Even if you don't like him.

We need another weather thread to move the board. Is it hot in Texas?
Go to sleep. Dream about me. thrash your legs. etc
In my bed that I own, In my shed that I own.

You mean you moved and you're going to take your cat Bismarck with you? You're not going to shoot him out in the backyard? Won't he keep running back to the old place?
He hid under the couch for about 24 hours. But he is here and happily adjusted to his new home. Shooting him never occurred to me.

so, wait a minute. "the view sucks"??????
you mean this isn't the same place you have been in? you moved?
You should read the last page
But, but you can't move. We've grown so accustom to views of the valley from behind that house whether beautiful foliage in Spring/ Summer to deep snows in Winter. You must move back.
I think it would have been funnier if they switched shirts from time to time.

How much land comes with it?
Half an acre. There is an half acre empty lot next to it that I'm going to try to purchase and three acres behind this house is owned by a friend and I have unrestricted access

The lot has a nice woodsy look to it, should be pretty quiet and relaxed. If you can keep the surrounding properties undeveloped it will be nice.
The house has an unusual design with the single level front and second story surrounding it, it’s not something you see much. The high ceilings are nice though, makes for a more spacious feel. Nice deck as well.

A house like that in my county couldn’t be built for less than $450 a sqft. On a half acre lot $1,000,000 easy.
I spent considerably less than that

Do that as quickly as you can. You will never regret it.
Yep, if you can afford it, do it. ESPECIALLY if the area around you is developing.
i look at raw land purchase about the exact same as putting money in the bank. Its not quite as easy to cash in, but it will be worth more one day than it is now.
