I know a guy that is gay for that stuff. His plan is to build some kind of a smokehouse (or whatever they use) and get daily feeds from Italy of weather, temp, humidity, and have his aging room computerized to exactly recreate that same environment and make prosciutto.
I'm not sure I have ever even had it.
So have you got the controls and sensors yet?

I have but didn’t care for them. I also think that I am allergic to certain kinds of pepper.

that sucks. i am pretty much addicted to these right now. I also bought a giant bag of spicy dill pickle flavored almonds and they are super good. because i have very limited taste from covid its one of the few things i can taste currently.

I ordered the fixings for a Bloody Mary on a flight. The can is bloody was an off brand. I took one sip and my throat closed up and I was gasping for air. I attribute that to the seasoning and mostly the pepper.

i am making crab tonight. i cant eat it but it used to be my favorite. there is a place in sf that know for its garlic crab. i have their recipe and will make it for the family when i get home.

Sauté 4 large onions with a little baking soda. Purée them in a blender. Add the slurry to smashed potatoes. Rich goodness without using the usual 2 sticks butter and half n half.
