Just an FYI, if you are trying to qualify for a mortgage and you have your kid pay it out of their own account we won't have to count the payment agsinst you

Occasionally I have a client who is having a hard time qualifying for a mortgage because of debt to income ratio issues. If the client has co-signed auto loans on their credit and we can show the other co-applicant has been paying the auto loan out of heir own account we can ignore the liability. This holds true for co-signed mortgage loans as Well.

The timing couldn't have been worse when my old sedan finally gave out. I'd been working on rebuilding my credit, but it was still far from what most lenders would consider 'good'.
I found a workaround with an app that specializes in
quick payday loans. Despite my poor credit, the app processed my application within minutes. The quick approval was a relief, and it helped me bridge the gap during a critical time. I've received money through it several times and have never been rejected.
