You can get a pretty powerful drone for 200 bucks these days, but passing through to a team the other side would be the simplest. The hardcore traffickers don't use the open border routes much for anything anyway, except weed which is low value density, and in the process of being legalised. The good stuff comes in via the ports in some very ingenious ways.
