Seafood and fish is gross. Malt vinegar is just ok. Soccer is gay. Pamela has too many STD's Indian food is gross. Liverwurst is something I will buy and eat maybe once a year. puddles of sperm is awesome on hot dogs with brown spicy mustard.

I usually get it what they call “Thai hot” which their spiciest version. The order last week was so spicy that it made me gasp on the first bite which I have never done before. It burned all vital digestive organs on the way out.

I was thinking of getting some gin this weekend.

Best part of our trip to Niagara Falls Canadaland was the small distillery on Clifton Hill. Right in the middle of the classic tourist trap is this ultra small brewery that makes their own moonshine, bourbon style whiskey, and gin. The whiskey and gin were PHENOMENAL and I was ready to buy a case of each but their license didn’t allow direct bottle sales, just service. It sucked.

First place I’m going to when we go back, hopefully they survive the pandemic.

Pass on chicken livers, cow brains and pig eyes. My dad made us try fried pork brains when I was a kid. I quickly learned to go for the smaller, crispier ones. Too much gray matter does taste good.

sort of like eating calf fries. they have to be slice up pretty small and battered.
