These wildfires

All the news from the peanut gallery and where all the nasty trash talk fails miserably.

Trump said it 4 years ago, dummy.
So you don't understand what I mean.
Aww... look at you trying to worm your way out of the self-own that you posted.

You go, girl! That's so cute!
actually, I would think that raking the forest would work better than having more water on hand.
Of course raking and clearing out brush would help but Trump said it so of course Ricky and the Lefties have to say it's retarded to even suggest it. And before and anyone says it: no, I'm not saying doing those things would have prevented this.
In case you missed it... Necro said it was retarded.
No. I didnt.

This is not green at all and they should not be allowed to do it. We should block federal funding until they find a cleaner way to burn their forests.
There should be a million-rake march to Sacramento...
It is absolutely amazing that some people survive walking out of their homes...fo reelz!

hawkfan8812 wrote: Mon Jan 13, 2025 10:58 pm I really don't think a bunch more water would have helped much in the big picture. The winds are just too much. Air attack and evacuation is about all they can do until the winds subside.
Nonsense. Of course more water wouldve helped but per usual, the Democrats fucked that up too. Own this shit
You don't know shit about wildfire, water is never the solution and is only safe when applied from the air. You try to contain with planing and dug lines from hand lines to bulldozers. Wind ruins every plan, all you can do is predict direction.
These are wilf, forest fires; theyre urban fires. Cant be digging ditches in cul de sacs
No. These are forest fires spread to urban areas by high winds. You dig lines in the forest areas to prevent them from spreading to urban areas. But you already knew that. You can't be so dumb you didn't understand that and be able to breathe.
I think everyone's point is that with winds like they are having, you couldn't dig a line wide enough to stop those fires. I'm not sure if a mile wide fire break would stop the embers from spreading those fires.

Years ago,1990's, a fireman in Jupter FL discovered that when dumpster fires were put out disposable diapers never burned. He found out an additive to the cloth made it fire resistant. He got the additive isolated and it was clear and fluid. On the local news he demonstrated on a wood shed coated with the additive protected the shed from fire even though he started a bonfire inside the shed. He got a local hardware store to sell the additive by the gallon that could be applied with just a hand pump sprayer. Months later there was a big fire locally that got near big $$$$ neighborhood homes burning everything in its path for weeks.. Pine forest are big in some places in FL. Anyway, one guy buy all the additive from the hardware store and sprayed the exterior of his house. All his neighbors houses burned to the ground, his stood untouched by fire. Local news went nuts about how his house was untouched because of that additive. The hardware store could not stock that additive any more because it was not available any more. The owner of the hardware store told me DOW chemical got wind of the story about that guy and his house and the fire and about the fireman and his additive. The hardware store owner told me the fireman quit his fireman job and is gone, destination unknown. I have worked for small companies that had innovative machines that were bought out by GE and Siemans medical only to be taken off the market by them. Guess that's what happened to that fireman and his additive .
