That’s called a “chip brush,” smarty pants.

Using it once and throwing it away saves 2 gallons water. I charge between 1 and $2 a minute for my time. It was a savvy purchase all the way around.

My old high school had one of these abandoned way back in a wooded part of the campus. We would smoke weed in it. It still had power and we would try to rotate the turret but it was jammed somehow and make a lot of noise so we didn't fuck with it much because we didn't want to get caught.
