if you guys can all be brainwashed into supporting a movement that declares this country systematically racist and want to destroy our history, then i'm sure a little cartoon like that is easy to go along with.

According to Doug Webber at 538.Com, the single biggest driver of rising tuitions for public colleges by far has been declining state funding. As costs from things like health care and pensions increase, states have to find cuts somewhere to balance their budgets. State budget builders know that colleges can get away with steep increases, so college support has been slashed.
https://blogs.edweek.org/teachers/work_ ... ge_ou.html
P.S. But there's lots of other additional reasons
When people from my era (late 1960s) visit our alma maters, we hardly recognize them. Specialized buildings of all kinds abound, and university fitness centers compete with the finest private clubs. Many colleges even sport climbing walls and lazy rivers. Bloated "student fees," which aren't included in tuition, may cover some of this academic bling. Such amenities attract students and professors, so colleges have to compete.

I mean, even slightly intelligent taint lickers should be getting the hint that he's hiding something(s).
My guess is he's nowhere near as rich as he claims, and the only charity he gives to is "Chump Inc."
And that doesn't even get into possible criminal activity.

He's hiding fraud, overvaluing his properties for loans from overseas banks. Undervaluing them for taxes and insurance. Multiple sets of books etc. My guess his tax records could suss out many different crimes and a few embarrassing facts as well.

In an amusing anecdote, Mr Lundestad relates how he found Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, who won the award in 1994, watching an episode of the Tom and Jerry cartoon in his hotel with other Palestine Liberation Organisation members. "It was made very clear that they intended to watch until the end," he said.
No Nobel peace prize for trump I guess. We don’t hear much about Syria, do we.

Do y’all really think Trumps taxes weren’t audited? You’ve got a better chance of death from the awuhan flu than Trump not getting audited.

The IRS doesn't target the big fish due to the litigation involved. The IRS waved the surrender flag to The Church of Scientology. I never said Trump was never audited, you did. IRS gets most of their penalty fees from the middle class. If Trumps tax records are on the up and up why is he fighting to the highest court of the land with ridiculous arguments? Why didn't he release them when Obama's long form birth certificate was released like Trump promised? Do you believe Trump is an honest businessman?

if a reporter wanted your tax return would you hand it over and let them publish it in the news paper?

A reporter is not asking for his tax information, a District Attorney issued a subpoena for them. And the subpoena was not issued to The President, it was sent to his accounting company and his banks. United States House Committee on Ways and Means also requested his tax information using The IRS's own rules and US Codes. This is why I don't talk to you. You are either horribly misinformed or purposely playing dumb and just enjoying making ridiculous claims.

reporters have been asking for his tax returns non stop since before the last election. it was a major bone of contention during the election. but you know that. every reporter in this country wants to nit pick his tax returns. and he knows that these subpoenas will lead to leaks which will lead to the news papers.
so you seriously think the IRS is too stupid to figure out if his tax return is just blowing up with fraud? People that make this argument are so fucking clueless. The leap that if he wants his tax returns kept private then he MUST be hiding something is just flat out retarded.

Trump is willing to break the law to keep the cover on the crypt, not the actions of an innocent man. Fear of leaks is not a legitimate argument to break the law and not release information one made a campaign promise to release.

About 75,000 people work for the IRS. Let's say half lean Democrat. Let's say half of that are hard core Trump haters. That's about 16,000 people that, after all of these years with access to his returns, haven't leaked anything. And you know they would.

He is still bitter about Obama getting his undeserved Nobel Peace Prize (legitimate gripe). And he is thinking that Trump "throwing in the towel" on Syria made the world more peaceful so Trump should get an undeserved NPP too.
.....I think. Still not sure why he posted the cartoon story though.

if you haven't learned one thing about Trump its that for him everything is always about "the point". To him, the point is that his tax returns are his private information and you have no right to see them. That is the end of the story. he will go to whatever lengths to prove to you that he can win an argument over a point. The more time you spend worrying yourself sick over it is the more time you waste on it. Petty arguments always have someone on both sides being just as petty.

You are 100% wrong, like completely wrong. Tax documents are not private property, they belong to the government record. The president is not even actually a party to either subpoena. A District Attorney with a valid legal subpoena and The House of Representatives have an absolute right to view this information. And SCOTUS agrees. The president has absolutely zero business being party to the proceedings. He was not asked for anything.

It's cute you think 75,000 people have access to his records. That shit is in a safe with almost zero access.
