You want to know how the virus got in this country? The same fucker that brought the ebola people here. An OBAMA holdover.

https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2020/0 ... reenfield/

Dr. William Walters is still on duty. In 2017, Walters was boasting of prepping more Ebola evacuations even over President Trump’s opposition to the practice. And he was once again at the wheel now.

“The question was simply this: Are these evacuees?” Walters explained the decision to evacuate coronavirus patients to the United States. “And do we follow our protocol? And the answer to that was yes on both accounts.”

Consulting President Trump was not part of the protocol even on a major national security issue.

In a Congressional briefing, Walters boasted that, “the Department executed the largest non-military evacuation of U.S. citizens in its history. The safe and efficient evacuation of 1,174 people from Wuhan, China and people onboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan is a testament to the agility, proficiency, and dedication of our workforce to accomplishing our core mission – advancing the interests of the American people.”

Interesting reaction to the interest rate cut, but apparently the market loves that Biden kicked ass on Super Tuesday. The last thing they want is Sanders.

the pharmacy stocks prefer biden over Sanders. Its really sort of stupid, but the markets just like to look for reasons to go up and down. not legitimate ones.

I'm not surprised. All I've learned from the Democrats in the past several years is that they are unhappy losers and since misery likes company they want to drive the rest of the US into the dirt where they are.

I don't know which party started it, but they both do it equally. If there is a hurricane during George Bush's presidency, then after the initial heartfelt concern for the victims, it always turns into a back and forth about what he could have done better, who he fired, if he was golfing, how many days before he got there, etc. Same with Obama and anything that happened. Same with trump. It has nothing to do with Coronavirus or hurricanes or tornadoes or earthquakes. It has to do with petty douche bags with nothing more to do than get on their social media soap boxes and talk shit.

I totally agree with your view point about the govt. but that's not what flumper was talking about. I remember vividly during Hurricane Katrina seeing those thousands stranded on the elevated freeway for days above the flood waters waving signs as the passing helicopters passed by saying "where is our government?" Like there is some magical force that can take a major natural disaster affecting millions and put you back in your house so you don't miss that day's "Judge Judy's" broadcast.

No, they were doing individual rescues at houses all over NO. I'm talking the several thousands that took refuge for days on an elevated freeway. I'll admit seeing them up there for days was brutal. But the press acted like they were being ignored when in fact they were being supplied by helicopter daily. I think that's Flumper's point. Something that major, No govt on Earth is waving a magic wand and making everything better.
