The fact that Alabama has any splotches of color is a travesty. Alabama white bbq is an abortion in a bottle.

Having grown up with ketchup based BBQ sauce, usually with -way- too much Liquid Smoke dumped into it, I've come to love Carolina style a -yuge- lot. I can do without the damn tomato puré, just pure acid and spice and hint of sugar on well cooked meat. Unfortunately, here in Florida, it's mostly general Texas style these days. But a couple of niche BBQ places server Carolina style, it's so yummy!

CTC says Kraft BBQ sauce is the bomb and y'all don't know what you're talking about.
