There was a whole lot of that in town a few years ago mostly in packs of kids. Stirred up a LOT of anxiety among the "Mom" groups on social media. One of the genius adults online said they were going to willingly plow into a group of them if they saw them while driving.
The amount of people who offered up well-thought ways to deliberately drive into the kids was a bit disturbing. The Chief of Police actually requested a meeting with the "bicycle gangs" to discuss the recklessness of their actions, showing them archive photos of kids who had gotten mangled by cars, trucks, buses, etc.
The "wheelie kids" cut that shit out real quick.

I still see packs of sportsbikes that go up and down the 75 here in Dallas that are in and out of traffic doing those wheelies.
