Yeah, 6 months around here is about how you come across. It's called hovering over your keyboard all day, fingers at the ready yelling "somebody post, dammit". it looks to me like you would have to have some kind of big freight forklift or else a cherry picker or crane. That rack that it is on, doesn't look like something that winches off somehow.

a redneck would probably try reverse really fast and then stop suddenly just as your back tires get into the water.
