and i am honestly not trying to make any political point here at all (i know its an investigation and other facts will come out and we don't know the whole story yet, etc.)

BUT, do you really think we can live in a country where every single time police encounter a black man and it goes bad, that we can have cities shut down with looting and violence and people doing stupid shit like that 17 year old did a few nights later? This can't be the new way to deal with this. every fucking person now carries a camera and we only see what they video and the shit goes crazy way before anyone knows the real story or the real facts.

Well I guess you'll have to talk to black people about that..... I'm going to say they came to a bit of a tipping point about getting killed and assaulted by police. You say look how defiant that guy is he's not being cooperative........well no shit maybe they just don't want to cooperate anymore......how many times do you have to get smacked around by a bully before maybe you start fighting back. There is a cop problem in this country.... They sowrf the seeds..... And now they're reaping the harvest.

i'm saying the criminal history by itself doesn't warrant him being shot. but when you combine it with him resisting arrest with several officers, fighting off a taser, having a weapon in his hand, and attempting to get into a vehicle, then you've opened yourself up to a bad outcome.

what should the cops do in that situation? let the guy drive off with kids in the car? I'm having a hard time understanding what kind of outcome you people are wanting in these situations. do the cops just stand down if a criminal doesn't want to be arrested?

Give your idea of a solution. You fucking pussies are all ready to riot and protest and talk about what the cops do wrong. What should the cops do in that situation? If a person just fights and over powers and just flat out refuses to be arrested. What do you propose that the cops do?

Was he overpowering the officers? That skinny fuck was walking to his car with his back turned to the cops. He wasn't brandishing or threatening.......are you allowed to execute someone in front of his kids because someone is defiant? I have to say no.

Me personally I'd have kicked his skinny ass legs out from under him while he was walking but thats just me.

Quite frankly the fact that this dude was leaning into his SUV and not threatening and the officer shot him in the back repeatedly may not go down well with federal investigators.
