Without knowing the exact details of this its tough to pass an accurate judgement. This could very well be completely innocent or it could be a case of grooming for sure. I dont know the specifics so as a rational human I will refrain from passing judgement.

I people saw it posted on reddit sun regarding groomers/sexual abuse.

See that's the thing with abusive people - they're everywhere; gay communities, Christian communities, black communities, Liberal Democrats, Conservative Republicans, atheists.

Sexual abuse is about power.

we only saw that tweet of a picture of a guy and a girl and a birthday. And people accusing the guy of being a pedophile. But, without the backstory, its impossible to tell any of that from the picture that was posted. It was very confusing that someone would see a birthday picture posted and then suddenly jump to the conclusion that the guy was a pedophile. It makes sense now, though.

Just saying... it's kind of odd that a dude would be best friends with a 14yo girl. At least, I would find it odd that my son had a 14yo best friend. I can't imagine if I had a daughter! But then again, I'd probably never let her outta the house.
