Pittsburgh thing, particularly in the winter. You clear a space for your car and put a chair in it. Protocol is to leave the space for the chair owner.

Trump won Pennsylvania by 44,000 votes, most those polls aren't far off droopy dog

If the polls are as far out as last time Biden still wins, and they won't be as far out as last time because the models have been updated to account for the unusually high turnout of the white and uneducated for trump.
