Never let a good crisis go to waste. Said by famous liberal Winston Churchill

He is busted on tape playing it down while lying to the american people about it. This doesn't matter to his fans, and sole democrat supporter ncbiker, because they are morons and traitors. They don't care that the latest whistleblower complaint from a top player at DHS shows chump is covering up for Russian and white supremacists, because they are morons and traitors.
Your country is kinda fucked. 40% of the population are morons and traitors. Bit tricky to come back from that one, particularly when you have minority rule.
I don't think even you are that gullible but God only knowsFlumper wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:37 pm Trump played it down for the same reason that any president plays calm during a crisis. you didn't see bush run screaming from the classroom when he was told about 9-11. He sat and even let them finish a story. You can't act like your hair is on fire in front of the people you are trying to lead. Stapes would have had everyone jumping out windows and slitting their throats.
Trump said he could shoot one person on 5th avenue and get away with it and that didn't stop them, so now he's gonna see what the high score is!Stapes wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:52 pmI don't think even you are that gullible but God only knowsFlumper wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:37 pm Trump played it down for the same reason that any president plays calm during a crisis. you didn't see bush run screaming from the classroom when he was told about 9-11. there's nothing gullible about it. If you have raised a kid you know now to go apeshit crazy if something happens. You play it calm, figure things out and tell them everything will be fine. that's not some radical new concept.Stapes wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:52 pmI don't think even you are that gullible but God only knowsFlumper wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:37 pm Trump played it down for the same reason that any president plays calm during a crisis. you didn't see bush run screaming from the classroom when he was told about 9-11. After Bush left the toddlers, he went and spoke to the grownups. He did not play down 9/11, acting calm is not the same as downplaying the severity of the problem. It's not like Bush came out and said the towers had been a little dinged up but there was nothing to worry about and anyway they'd be back up by april.Flumper wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 10:37 pm Trump played it down for the same reason that any president plays calm during a crisis. you didn't see bush run screaming from the classroom when he was told about 9-11. Both Fauci and Woodward stated that Trump playing it down had no impact on the public health outcome. So the reasonable thing to do was to play it down so as to not cause a panic.AnalHamster wrote: ↑Thu Sep 10, 2020 6:13 amAfter Bush left the toddlers, he went and spoke to the grownups.
