It's a tough dilemma for ol' Don. He wants to stop the counting here but I believe at least some of those not counted votes are from the west side of the state which leans conservative.

Not all ballots have to be counted for an unofficial call. They just use the math of how many ballots are outstanding and how far ahead the winner is so far.
