4 out of 5. From left- high beams (white button)/ clutch/ brake/ gas pedal. Anyone know what that is to the far right? Choke?
Starter pedal.
Choke...
What, you don't pump the choke next to the gas pedal? Jesus, I thought you were tech savvy.

I used to stomp a hole in the floor trying to dim the lights after they moved it to the turn signal arm.
And I still have a couple of vehicles with it on the floor.

I actually preferred it on the floor. Simple.

My granddad's big ol' construction trucks had floorboard pedals like that. None had keys, you just stomped on the starter pedal and it cranked up. Security was taking the black cable off the battery. Admittedly most of his trucks were from the 40's and 50's, he rarely ever bought a new piece of equipment. If he could keep it going with chewing gum and twine and essential macgyvering, that's what he did.
One thing I remember about those brake and gas pedals was the holes in the floorboard had no gasket or seal around the pedal rods. So when it was blowing cold or the water flooded up enough, it got into the cabin. Dad and his brothers used to smash their cig butts thru those holes when they were too lazy to roll down the window.

My '67 Mustang has the washer pump switch on the floor, too. A '68 Javelin I had as a kid had it too, but it was actually the pump, not a switch. (Vacuum-operated wipers)

Ever see any with white markings on them? I saw this one a couple weeks ago while shooting a video of a listing that backs to National Forest.
