I saute them in a mix of soy sauce, brown sugar, white pepper and chili flakes, after boiling briefly.

A local BBQ joint that smoked their own pork onsite. They would sell the pork skins on Monday. The first time I tasted one, the first bite was disgusting but the after taste made your want more. I was quickly hooked. Unfortunately, quit doing that.
