There's an interesting little back story to this.
The cast was brought back to shoot this restaurant scene (based on a joke Stark told during the movie) well after filming for the movie had wrapped up.
Chris Evans was filming a movie called Snowpiercer and had grown a beard for the role. But Captian American (at the time) didn't have a beard. So they put a prostetic chin on him, and it didn't fit very well.
That's why Captain America is hiding his face through that entire scene.

San Fran Cisco is outlawing litttle bottles of shampoo and lotion in hotels. That'll make that plastic sea disappear.

It's a start. And they need to move in baby steps in order to bring along the idiots that think limiting plastic is somehow an attack on their freedom

Banning plastic anything is banning a need for oil.
Banning any need for oil makes conservatives lose their shit.
