I looked it up.

They were a bunch of what are termed Pop-up stores, like the places that sell Halloween costumes seasonally from vacant stores.

So it actually shouldn't be surprising they are for sale. That's returning to what they were before. Likely the "for sale" sign was up the entire time.

P.S. Virtually all their stuff was made in China, while Chump's stuff is "Made in the USA"! (except for Ivanka's shoes, clothes n' stuff-and anything Trump-branded too I think)
