I like when the outakes get "accidentally" released and you can sometimes see some of the good stuff.disco.moon wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 4:01 am I can't believe none of you are talking about the ESPN Body issue! Pretty cool pics.

That's a great show!
Watching Metallica write songs is nails on a chalkboard to me anyways.
Yeah,i saw anal and the lightbulb turned on. That's something like my trip to the mexican restaurant the other day. The cashier is way beyond smoking hot and she seems pretty upbeat and what not. I notice the tip jar has tips written on it and also the spanish word for tips and I said "in spanish tips is kind of a weird word" and she said "pro penis" and she got a big smile on her face when she figured it out. So I apologized and just said "leave it to me,half my mind is usually in the gutter" and she said it's probably just my innerchild trying to come out,but yeah,I guess it is pretty weird if you're not used to it. What's funny was I forgot there were 2 state policemen sitting at a table pretty much right behind me and as I walked out the door those guys started laughing their asses off. I don't know if that was a result of their conversation or mine and the cashiers'.
No real particular reason but I've never cared for Metallica. When Motorhead ace of spades album came out I saw a commercial for it that was probably about 10 seconds long and the next day I was at the record store/head shop buying it. Talk about a life changing experience especially when mixed with a steady diet of LSD. so maybe a week or 2 later I'm back at the record store talking to the guys working there and telling them how awesome motorhead is. Ace of Spades was my introduction to them,I didn't know they had records before that one. Anyway, one guy said "Oh if you like Motorhead you'll love these guys, they're called Metallica" and he put the album on,but I didn't like it. So the guy said I know what you need, come back here". So we go in a back room and the dude gets me high and then we go back out and listen to the album some more and I was still "doesn't do anything for me" and to this day, they just don't do anything. When I saw them open for Ozzy in around 83 I fell asleep at times while they were playing, not from being drunk or stoned, just bored. They headlined the movie theatre here around 86 or something armored saint, wasp and Metallica, armored saint and wasp blew them offstage in my opinion. I left after about the 3rd song of their set. I know they're popular,I'm happy people enjoy them so much, but they just don't "do it" for me.Charliesheen wrote: ↑Sun Nov 28, 2021 6:52 pmWatching Metallica write songs is nails on a chalkboard to me anyways.
Very cool. I'm trying to figure out what that is (didn't watch the whole video).
Thanks. Since those satellites don't have any external lighting, the only way you are seeing that from the ground is the sun is still shining on them (even if it's just dark where you are) for you to see. Would love to see that.Animal wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 2:35 am that's space x dropping off another load of those little satellites that they are fixing to make the global cell phone grid out of. they drop them off and at first they are lined up like that. then gradually, with each orbit, they get farther apart. it takes them a long time (days or maybe weeks and months) to finally get into their final positions.
