Must be big money in cosmetics. The stores in the mall that sell it always have someone to help customers. Not so much with everything else they sell.

Oh, okay. Seems like something Stapes would do. On the other hand, it makes sense; statistically speaking, the ones that are locked up would be the ones most likely to be shoplifted.
