Bob Dole is not POTUS. I didnt say Joe is gonna die; my theory is that he steps down voluntarily. I think the presser today will give us some more insight. If he handles questions deftly and purposefully and looks good doing it its much different than if he's rambling, stammering and wandering with his answers and looks like a generic old man.
