Movie trivia- Steven Spielberg's War of the Worlds (2005). There is a very brief appearance of the Grandparents at the very beginning and very end of the film.

The actors name is Gene Barry and the actress name is Ann Robinson. They were the 2 leads in the 1953 version of War of the Worlds.
