After Cher saw the news coverage of the George Floyd trial and watched him being held down until he died, she tweeted that she wished she could have been there and been able to try to do somemthing to save his life.
she immediately got bombarded with negativity calling her a "white savior complex". it got so bad she had to get on her knees in apology to them.
