That day almost everybody visits graves of their relatives, so the cemetery doesn't always look that neat. German occupation of Belarus ended 75 years ago, to remember it he'd have be at least in his 80s, Belarus lost 25% of its population to the war but it doesn't mean everyone in that cemetery is a victim of the Germans. I think of that old man a lot.

Ok, thanks for the info. But I will have to disagree about your conclusion. I think the old man is around 80. Remembers where the execution field/ trench was. Still think his family was executed by the retreating Germans.
