You don’t understand the meaning of the term “separation of church and state”. It doesn’t mean that the church can’t involve itself in the government it means the government can involve itself in the church. Specifically it means the government can’t set up a government mandated church.

I agree, it's probably one of those things where one has to say allegedly or whatever because how could they prove all of those rapes. What's also frightening about the whole rape baby thing is that if rape isn't proven in a court that rapist father or rapist biological father of the raped woman or Uncle of the raped woman could claim rights to that child which means the woman would have to endure being around her rapist and her rape baby.

I can't find the link at the moment but there was some study in Romania I believe where a bunch of unwanted children had been born over a period of time and the crime rate exploded because those children weren't born to any form of loving parents or loving Society to speak of. I think it was romania.

so if a law was passed that a woman could have an abortion if she was raped, would the investigation, arrest and trial of the rapist have to occur before the woman could get the abortion? Otherwise it would just be an alleged rape, right?

The states just need to make abortion legal if a doctor determines that it is necessary with no questions asked.
