I understand the rule, it was a BS call. You have 1-2 steps at the end to enter fair territory. Whether he ran inside the line previous to that was completely inconsequential to the play. If he had been hit 5 steps back, THEN it's interference where he was running.

And verlanders World Series woes continue. Hard to believe such a dominant pitcher and sure fire hall of farmer can't win a World Series game.
Back in his first appearance with the Tigers...I get it. He was young and raw and probably too psyched up. Then the Tigers went again a few years later and still couldn't get a win. Now he's also been with Houston twice and still can't get a win.
