There's no excuse for what Garrett did. None.
But look at the genesis of the thing. Starting at 1:16 of your video you can clearly see Rudolph trying (unsuccessfully) to pull off Garrett's helmet. That's what prompted Garrett to pull off Rudolph's. Garrett was even walking away with it when Rudolph came charging back in.
That whole thing could have been done and over had Rudolph not gone chasing after Garrett. This is the kind of thing that happens when two hot-heads collide.

Garrett suspended the rest of the season. Steeler player got 3 games. One other got 1 game.

That Steeler lineman that got the 3 games suspension needs to have his NFLPA rep get it reduced to one or none. He didn't instigate anything. He was reacting to his QB getting clubbed over the head with his own helmet, like any lineman would do.

Also notice Garrett in the scrum after when he was getting pummeled. Didn't fight back. He knew he fucked up and instantly saw his fat paychecks float away on the breeze.

I watched the highlights of the Arizona/ SF game. The spread here was -11.5. the actual spread later was -10.5. Anyone catch the last minute of that game- millions was won and lost over an NFL rule. Arizona should have won the game out right. SF scored with 1 minute left to go up by 4. Arizona fumble and SF scored with no time remaining to go up by 10. An extra point would have covered the spread but NFL rules prohibit an extra point try under that circumstance. Love it- was one of my 5 picks.
