I would think so. Why change the parameters? why would it be necessary if the numbers are going down anyway? If you aren't trying to hide anything, and you want to look credible, i don't think its a good look. It just feeds into the hysteria. Isn't that what they have been trying to prevent this whole time? To me, it just looks like they are purposely trying to divide. I can see in no way that it is trying to convince all the people that need to take the vaccine, thats for sure.
