Just in case someone turns up compromising pics of me in the future, I thought you should all know how deeply sorry I am for growing up dirt poor in WNY.

Your thread is racist. A pic of you helping a friend with a clothing dilemma is hardly the problem here.

Was Red Skeletons Hobo, Black or White? When I was a young lad and you had no money for a costume and wanted to go trick or treating, a hobo it was.

PimpDaddy's feelings have been hurt.

I had a buddy (black dude) in the service that I used to go workout with. One time we were having a conversation and I mentioned without thinking something about "colored" people. His face went dead cold and he never went to hang out again. I blame my grandmother who used to talk about the "coloreds" in her neighborhood......lol

My brother and I once went to a Halloween party dressed as Adolph Hitler and a Jewish Rabbi. We actually got a bunch of laughs. But that was a different time. I bet I still have a picture of it somewhere. I should try to dig it up. Put it on Facebook just to see what happens.

I hope your parents took a photo and had it posted in your school yearbook for that year. I understand the new normal is to judge your character decades later by what was posted decades ago. Hell of a system.

I remember lawn jockeys. Even in the 60s you knew they were in poor taste, at least. Later they painted them white.
