Is that the guy who played "The Mountain" on Game of Thrones?
Yes
I think I heard this week he broke the dead lift World record in 2016 or something at over 1,000 pounds. Holy shit. But, can he run the 1 1/4 mile Kentucky Derby in under 2 minutes. I didn't think so.

Is it true that Secretariat played the older brother on Peaky Blinders?

I dead lifted 501kg this morning before breakfast.
You do realize it doesn't count once you wake up.

A horse is not a fucking athlete.
I agree with you HD but according to MW dictionary:
athlete noun
ath·lete | \ ˈath-ˌlēt , nonstandard ˈa-thə-ˌlēt \
Definition of athlete
1: a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina
2: an animal (such as a horse or a dog) that competes in races or other sporting events or has qualities (such as stamina and agility) suggestive of a human athlete

Ok, fine. But I will guarantee that if you asked a thousand people to name their favorite athlete, not one would say Seabiscuit or some other horse.
I agree with you, to me an athlete is human
I am agreeant with these 2 fine upstanding individuals. As far as I'm concerned, when referring to an an athlete, I think most people assume you're talking about a human being, unless otherwise specified.

if animals count, then you'd have to put King Kong in the mix.
