I'm seriously thinking about doing it just so I can spend the rest of my life telling people that I once gave away 20 points on an NFL football bet.

Calling the Jets an NFL team is a stretch.
Tanking for Trevor!

I didn't call the Jets an NFL team. That would be ridiculous.
And Trevor needs to seriously start thinking about not declaring for the draft in April and staying in school for his senior year.

19.5 was too much for me but it was a good pick.

It's amazing how the Chargers keep finding ways to give up big leads.

I keep picking the Saints occasionally and they usually win but I don't remember them ever covering the spread this year.

You gotta love Al Michaels though. He always seems to throw out some indication of the spread. It cane be a game that is basically over. One team is way ahead of the other. Then the team that is behind, for some reason decides to kick a field goal in the last 10 seconds instead of a hail mary. Chris Collinsworth will say "I guess they think 3 points and then an onside kick is their best chance at this point". And Al Michaels will say, "I bet there are a lot of people in america very happy about this decision." Because the field goal will cover the spread for the losing team.
He will even make those kind of comments when it comes to the over/under. A last minute touch down that makes no difference at all in the game might put the score into the over rather than the under and he will subtly mention it. Collinsworth always tries to laugh it off and cover it up.
He does that shit all of the time. And you can't know those kind of facts unless you are gambling. There is no telling what kind of gambling he does.

Maybe, or he's just aware that without gambling and fantasy football the NFL would be worth about 30% of what it currently is.
