Here is the real problem. Moving people across the border is a HUGE business enterprise that the cartels took over several years ago. Used to an immigrant would hire a coyote for a thousand or less and that guy would move one or two people in a week or twos time. Now its a business. It costs many thousands of dollars. Around $8,000 right now. If if you don't think that this business model includes advertising and recruiting and everything they can do to drum up business, then you would be mistaken. So, these cartels put out all kinds of bullshit information feeding off the headlines up here. These people "think" there is suddenly a welcome mat rolled out because that's what the cartels are telling them.

last i heard they found the truck empty and abandoned. So, yeah, I would guess they all lived and have each made their own way to somewhere in the US.
