Weeding (Used to be Weeding)

All the news from the peanut gallery and where all the nasty trash talk fails miserably.

i suppose this fact is bullshit, too.

These two have me thinking a bit, as well:

There are more possible iterations in a chess game than there are atoms in the known universe.

If you remove all of the empty space from the atoms that make up every human on the planet, you could fit the entire world population into an apple.

Now, those two just seem ridiculous to me.

No central heat/ air up here. Boiler unit with a fuel tank on the exterior of the house with a line going into the house.

Interesting, must be a northern thing

Gearing up to get things started for this season.

March 29 is approximately 8 weeks before our last frost. That's when I need to start my pot and tomato seeds.

We are legally allowed to grow 4 plants per household. (I did 5 last year.) I have a friend just out of town off the grid, who has 100 acres of bush. She told me if I start what I want she'll plant them in the back 40 for me. So I'm looking at a few dozen plants this year. 8-)

For the tomatoes I think I'm going to look at wolf piss as a deer repellent this year.

So, after your grow last year, did you take seeds from the best plant in order to start this year with?

I do have some but I'm going to keep those in reserve for now. I'm using some that were donated to me from my friends plants. She averaged 16' on hers last year.
