I dont claim to be an expert but I do know that "The Inflation Reduction Act" is anything but. It doesnt take an expert to know that pumping a trillion fucking dollars into an economy with rising inflation will only exacerbate the problem. Which it has- as evidenced by our still rising inflation benchmarks. And you know that inflation hurts poorer people the most, right? Its basically a tax that cannot be avoided. Everything going up 10% might make a guy making 200k a year take notice but it will be crushing for the family living on 50k. The R's were right in voting against it as it was the proper economic move.
