But I don't think CTC changed his name to fool anyone; my understanding was that he moved from West Texas to Central Texas. Hence, W to C.

Don't do it BRR. There is absolutely no reason you should have to involve yourself or even get your hands dirty with this retard. I'll take care of it easy enough (in my sleep). Going back years to old UJ, I ran this idiot not once but twice with extreme prejudice. On UJR, he's been permabanned at least once by someone. It's why he sneaks back under a troll account. It's been pretty obvious since way back that he suffers some serious mental illnesses. Now in most people it's confined to their online persona (see RD), but you can tell it leaks majorly into his real life to the nightmares of the family and people that have to deal with him. Let it go. I'll handle it, I promise.
