How diverse is your diet?

All the news from the peanut gallery and where all the nasty trash talk fails miserably.

Stick with me, I'm broke but I'm entertaining. If nothing else you'll never need to look for a knife or a bottle opener.
I keep that one bottle opener you sent me in my kitchen with my vintage stuff!!

The BF makes a fucking killer eggs Benny. But everything he does in the kitchen is top notch.

I looked at the Signature Room in Chicago - fucking fancy schmancy. Don't get me wrong, I have had and really enjoy expensive food, GOING to places like that makes me uncircumcized. Everyone seems so snooty, pretentious. One time the BF and I were out of town and stayed at a hotel near a really baller place in Mystic (can't remember the place), but we brought it back to the hotel and ate at the tailgate of his truck and watched the sunset. WAAAAY better than going to the place.

If he makes his own hollandaise sauce then he is a keeper and you should marry him pronto.

Oh most definitely he does! He's a fucking perfectionist. It's actually annoying. He calls me a "pack of raccoons" in the kitchen

I will have to try that.

One of my favorites is Cheeseburger casserole.

I brown 1 lb of ground beef with a little garlic powder and onion powder. I cook up 3-4 cups of Maflda corta. Mini lasagna.
Image

This is all mixed together then add one can of Cheddar cheese soup.
Heat and serve.

It's really good. I'll change a couple things next time... for one thing more garlic and I'd like to use cavitappi (?). The corkscrew one AND I think sun-dried tomatoes would be the BOMB.

If you are having a really fancy part, get a can of crescent biscuit dough. unroll it and slice it up into about 2 inch long x 1 inch pieces and roll each one around a l'l smokie. Then bake in the oven until done.
