Curiously, they won't go after interracial marriage though. I wonder why?
Because unlike abortion, interracial marriage IS a Constitutional right. The 14th Amendment guarantees it. Try to keep up.
Interestingly, gay marriage isn't so protected; I wouldn't be surprised if that comes into question.

For the record, because I know you're gonna be chomping at the bit to say something stupid, let me be clear: I'm not against interracial marriage. I'm not against gay marriage. I'm actually very, VERY pro-abortion (though that's less because I give a shit about the fictional "right to choose" and more because I hate children).
But holy fuck, I love watching liberals cry.

Sorry guys but this isn't about me.

It's about my child, who has fewer rights than my mother.

It's about healthcare, that's needed for those who the most in need.

I'm not going to pretend that there aren't "safe harbor" states, so there are ways to keep women safe.

Carry on with your celebration.

There will still be available places to go if a woman wants to kill her baby.

Sure, for middle class adults, but poorer people are less likely to travel states to get the procedure.

What percentage of abortions is really about the health of a woman? 3%? Maybe?

I know it's useless to apply logic to an emotional subject.

1. Freedom for the unborn to live is starting to be protected.
2. Freedom from the Federal government taking over a states power is being protected.

I consider this ruling a win-win. All this ruling means is that abortion isn't a constitutional right (never was until the Roe decision). It's essentially a States right victory in that states can decide their own path, Pro- or Anti- abortion. Gets the Feds out of the picture. That's a win every time.

Four years ago, my sister had severe complications from a planned pregnancy. Her child did not survive to term. Would you suggest she be prosecuted?

It wasn't a Constitutional right even after RvW. Sippy Cup and the other pseudo-intellects on the left don't know what that phrase means.

Obviously not. For one thing, a miscarriage is not the same thing as an abortion. Secondly, and I'll say this again so even your limited-IQ ass can understand: I am NOT anti-abortion. Quite the opposite, I am very, very pro-abortion because I hate babies.

Understand: I am loving the Supreme Court decision explicitly for the fact that it's making liberals even more insane than usual.
