(1) the person is on a public sidewalk taking pictures. Perfectly legal.
(2) airport access gate is in full view of the pubic...nothing secure about it

(5) notice how if the photographer was being detained, why was he allowed to walk away? Reason: illegal detainment and the cop knew it!
