What's wrong with mixed marriages?

The party of FrEeDuMb wants to dictate who you can marry. But help me here. Whats wrong with mixed marriages? There is no biological problem with interracial kids. In fact, they can be very healthy like a mixed dog.
So what's the problem? Does their mystical little book say anything against it?
I get the whole anti-gay marriage thing. No procreation, blah blah blah. I dont agree with any of it, but there is some small sense of logic behind the bigotry.
I know about 6 interracial couples. Id like to tell them what they are doing is wrong. How do I word it?

A majority of California voters, when given the chance at the ballot box said no to queer marriage. The courts reversed the measure anyhow.

Why would I give half a shit? My only issue with the gay marriage argument is the false premise that it was an equal rights issue.

you will never make them understand. its the exact same with Roe v Wade. They want the people to believe the supreme court ruled that abortions are illegal. Not that the court ruled its a state matter.

I see what you are saying but having state lines nullify marriages just seems like a disaster. Especially when it is one of the main criteria for determing Federal (and state) income taxes. I'm ok with the Feds making the call on this.

an 18 year old can buy beer in one state, cross state lines and be a criminal for being in possession. There's probably lots of examples of laws that vary state to state and impact people like that.
