When the blood clots discolored my right leg, I would slather it with skin cream, took a few months but hard to tell it was loaded with broken blood vessel’s

For sure. You can see the bulge on my upper thigh/hip - that's the hematoma. I made the mistake of watching videos of hematoma evacuation.
Needle biopsy on steroids?
What I saw was slicing and pushing out/scooping out coagulated blood.
Now I wish I hadn't pursued this line of discussion .

My grandfather fell off a ladder while working on the construction of a nuke plant just before he retired in the 80's. Fell 17 get drove home and then to the hospital. That looks about the same. But damn those are some nice, albeit slightly beaten up, legs.

Day 12. Oddly, what is most painful is the area on the side of my knee. Maybe because blood has infiltrated that area?

Thanks for asking! Almost 100% healed up. Still a small lump of blood under the skin, but not noticeable unless it's palpated.
