You posted a while ago that you get free cable and internet with your apartment.
And that ended today. Other than football, my TV is a dark blank screen 23 hours day and I'm not paying $75/ month for that privilege. Paying for my internet now, that's always worth it. Looking at some YouTubeTV type services to get me through the Super Bowl.
Get the Dofu sports app. It's free and you can watch just about any sport on it.
This Dofu sports app has been a dud, so far. Installed last night on my computer. Said installed and would show up "soon". This morning- nothing. Tried installing on my phone. The last step is your credit card info. It's free and I'm not doing that. EDIT- ok, got it installed on my phone. Looks great. Need to get it on my computer so I'm not eating phone battery use.

Hopefully you can figure it out. I have never given card info. It always works for me on my phone and I cast (I am a Samsung guy) it to my television set. I've used it for MLB, PPVs, NBA, and NFL with no issues.

Well, I should do appreciate you. After dropping cable, this is perfect for what I need through football season (Probably was looking at YouTubeTV for 3 months at $65 per). Phone works great. I have a Samsung smart TV, so just need to download an android emulator to get it on there. I'm interested tomorrow to see how the NFL games work out. Anyway, I thank you.

Alvarez is a cheat code.

Houston Astros-World Series Champions 2022
Incredibly, first time a team has won it at home in 9 years.

Happy for Dusty Baker.

In 1993, in Baker's first year managing, his first game had Geronimo Pena batting leadoff.

Pena's son Jeremy is the current HOU SS.

Wow, that's cool.
I think when you look at the whole Astros playoff effort, one thing stands out- the bullpen. 55 inning pitched, 5ER's. Close to a 0.80 ERA.

Yep. Dusty seems like a good egg. Glad he finally got one as a manager.

If he isn't already going to the HOF, he certainly is now.
