If your talking about Long Island Audit, quite coincidentally he just purposely got himself arrested at Precinct 75 in New York City. The NYC cops, particularly at Precinct 75, have acted in direct violation of a New York city and New York state law regarding filming of officers not to mention the First amendment. He initiated this arrest to get the ball rolling on what could very well be the beginning of busting open the door on these regular violations of rights. He vowed he would take down the cities police precincts who violate his rights and this was the first volley. I cannot fathom any reason why the city would ever want this to go to court.
