Get a Jetson One

You can start pre-ordering them now for under $100,000. No pilots license needed. I think they are all electric and can get around 63 mph.

The 20 minute flight time (between charges) might be an issue.

Go for it. Nothing like an amateur adventure to get the juices flowing.

Just like that Titanic submersible thing

Actually used to have a ultralight plane

Also no license needed.

But I wasn't a complete idiot and got trained on a 2-seater first by a licensed pilot/instructor.

And I bought it with a ballistic parachute on top of that.

Couple of hours flight time with about a 60 mph speed.

Looked like this in blue, though a one-seater

That's pretty much exactly what I trained in though

P.S. Searched some more, and this is more like the one I owned (in blue without the covering behind me)

I neglected to mention that the Jetson One comes with a parachute. It is also rated to fly with one (out of 8) engines not working.

Yep, no plane for people that have big fear of heights, it looked like nothing was underneath you

Without that covering behind, like mine was

Found out the company went out of business in 2015
