There's a place for it for training purposes, but this nonsense with defense cheat sheets, exit velocity and launch angle worshiping are stripping away the human element.

The process Koufax had to go through for the final year or so of his career was a bit crazy.

He claimed that when he couldn't lift his arm to brush his teeth the day after pitching, he started to think about if it was worth it.
