Got asked to take over another section in a farm we just bought. Seems the supervisor of the pelletizing plant at the new farm is going to be leaving in 2 weeks. My job is to learn the equipment and get the working hours down to what we have had dictated to us by our customers. Minimum 1 day of a week and no more than 60 hours a week. Apparently there's a guy working 7-10s . Anyway if I tell them I can manage it I'll be getting a promotion and pay raise. Regional Shit Lord sis have a nice ring. Who knew there was this much growth in fertilizer...

I would think the utilization or removal of waste is a big part of the business model for a feed yard or dairy farm.

Many studies are showing the environmental bedbugs b of using manure and composts over concentrated chemical fertilizers. Who, just pretend you've shit your pants again.
The whole processing plant is less than a year old and highly computerized. It's clean as hell.
