Had a worker come back at the request of the last manager. I needed a person for second shift so I didn't object, didn't know he no called/no showed previously. This little fucking waste of oxygen has gotten himself so worked up about a job WORKING AT A FUCKING COMPUTER WHEre YOU HAVE TO DO MINIMAL WORK except breath and make minor runtime adjustments that he started throwing up and damn near cried THREE FUCKING TIMES. It was the fire alarm, the possibility of a fire, and who the fuck knows what else, hell maybe me talking about the chances I had of being a pink fucking mist in Iraq scared him. He's missed the last 2 days with tummy trouble and anxiety since I sent him home Monday. Holy fucking shit I should just shoot the worthless fuck before he breeds and contaminates the gene pool worse than it already had been. I had to go in and cover a second shift for him when I had him there. He's worked for me for 3 weeks now and had made it to work 7 times. His fiance is controlling and needy, he has to switch to first shift because one of them didn't trust the other... I'd castrate him but I'm pretty sure he was born without without his fucking balls. I've met some sad and weak individuals over the years this fuck is the worst. I want to rip his pathetic little head off, boil the skin and what little brains are in it out and turn it into a fucking beer mug while watching the ants slowly reclaim the waste that was his body for a better purpose. The fucking Ents should rise up from Fanghorn Fucking Forrest, grab him by the hair and pull his lungs out as punishment for wasting all the efforts of the trees to make oxygen. This fuck whines about needing work and can't show up to his fucking job because he's scared. Now he really should be. /rant maybe.

It will only get worse if you accommodate his bullshit. I'd also have a frank discussion with the last manager about this douchebag he wanted you to hire back. Surely he knew.

Previous manager is no longer there. I replaced him. He also was a bit clueless and full of himself. The engineers and designers had no idea how to make their equipment work correctly.

Is the guy damaged from an event and has PTSD or something, or is he just piss weak?

His house burned down as a kid. Not sure if he was in nit when it happened. No excuse for this now. If he showed up again he is getting dismissed. Seems like everyone under 30 has issues with anxiety and is scare of a fart in the god damned wind. Not too self; make sure any future kids I'm involved with understand the world doesn't fucking care about your feelings.

We'll yeh, the under 30's have pretty much grown up with having all their problems/dramas watered down for them and pretty much have zero problem solving skills (well, that relate to the real world at least).
